Dr. Michelle Neal, born and raised near New Orleans, Louisiana, is a graduate of Louisiana State University School of Dentistry. She moved to the Northwest with her husband, Dr. Craig Neal, after receiving her specialty training in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics from Louisiana State University Medical Center. Dr. Neal is a board member of the American Association of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics and she is currently a member of the Northwest Study Club. She has also been a Premier Invisalign Provider since 2007.One of Dr. Neal's goals is to become an integral part of the Eastside Community. She has shown her commitment by participating in various community service projects through the Kirkland Rotary and by coaching youth soccer in the LWYSA. In addition, she and the staff give presentations to local area schools to educate children on the importance of their dental health.
Dr. Neal graduated at the top of her dental school class and received many awards for her academic achievement, including the Chancellor's Award for most outstanding student. Dr. Neal was also selected for the Omicron Kappa Upsilon honorary fraternity and was president of the C. Edmund Kells Honor Society. Her speciality training included participation in the craniofacial anomaly/cleft lip and palate team at Children's Hospital. She is associated with several local and national dental and orthodontic societies, and continues to bring the latest advancements in technology to her practice by participating in regular continuing education.
