All you have to do is spot our Neal Mobile out around town, take a photo of our Neal Mobile and post it on our Facebook page! Each entry wins 20 Neal Notes for the first sighting, and 5 Neal Notes for every sighting after that! Can’t post to Facebook? No problem! Email your photo entries to

Annual ToothClub Carnival

Join Dr. Michelle Neal and her team as we celebrate our ToothClub members with a fun afternoon of face painting, sno cones, a bouncy house and The Reptile Man! If your child is not yet registered for a ToothClub membership, we will have FREE registration during the event! All ToothClub members receive a Dr. Neal t-shirt, participation in our office contests & events, and participation in our Neal Note program. ToothClub members also receive complimentary xrays (for your dentist) and growth & development appointments with our office!

Candy Buy-Back 2016

Thank you to all of our wonderful patients, their families and participating schools who made our Candy Buy-Back 20145our biggest candy donation yet! We collected over 2,800lbs of candy for our troops this holiday season! This was our biggest year yet and the candy made it’s way to our troops and service men & women stationed at Fort Lewis and with The National Veterans Empowerment Program.


Dr. Michelle Neal donated over $2, 600 to participating school PTSA’s this year, as a thank you for all the community support we received! The winning classrooms, with the most pounds donated, won a pizza party hosted by Dr. Neal and her team! THANK YOU to Finn Hill Elementary, Ben Franklin Elementary, A.G. Bell Elementary, Arrowhead Elementary, McAuliffe Elementary, Juanita Elementary, Carl Sandburg Elementary, Kokanee Elementary and Girl Scout Troop #41958 for your donations made this year, we hope this matched donation made by Dr. Neal makes a difference this year! We are already looking forward to next year’s Candy Buy-Back 2017!

Dr. Neal’s Annual Seattle Children’s Hospital Toy Drive

Thank you for all of our wonderful patients and their families for the amazing holiday donation of gifts to Seattle Children’s Hospital! We really made a difference in so many children’s lives and are looking forward to donating again this 2014 holiday season!

Operation Iraq-Afghanistan

Dr. Neal, her staff and our patients brought all the candy donated from the Candy Buy-Back 2011-2012, to “Operation Iraq-Afghanistan” to be shipped overseas to the Troops for the holiday season! We really enjoyed this event! It was amazing to be a part of something so wonderful in support our troops!
