NEW: Online Credit Card Payments
We are very pleased to be able to offer our patients the convenience of online credit card payments.
To take advantage of this newly added service, please click on the "Your Account & Appointments" and then sign in. Once you are signed in, click on the "Current Payment Info" button. Those patients with a balance owing will be able to click through a provided link to make a credit card payment. Please note that we accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
You will be prompted to provide the patient's name for which the payment is being made. Providing the patient's name is CRITICAL to receiving proper credit. Once you have completed filling out the required information, you will receive an emailed receipt for your payment.

Our regular office hours are:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
We are closed on weekends and major holidays, as well as at times when Dr. Neal and staff are attending continuing education programs. Because we know how important it is to keep our school-aged patients in school as much as possible, longer appointments are scheduled during the morning and early afternoon. This enables us to see more patients during the afternoon hours.
Fees and Payment Policy
In an effort to keep orthodontic fees down while maintaining the highest level of professional care, we have established our financial policy as follows:
If full payment is made at the onset of treatment, we will offer a fee discount. If you have insurance, we will offer a discount for payment of your portion of the fee that will not be covered by insurance.
- To fit the needs of our patients, a financial arrangement can be made to extend your payments over a period of months following an appropriate down payment.
- For your convenience, we offer VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
If you have insurance we will help you to determine the coverage you have available. We ask that you assign your insurance benefit to us. The balance will be arranged for you to pay as listed above.
Professional care is provided to you, our patient, and not to an insurance company. Thus, the insurance company is responsible to the patient and the patient is responsible to the doctor. We will help in every way we can in filing your claim and handling insurance questions from our office on your behalf.

Appointments
Patients are seen by appointment only. Please call in advance so that we may reserve a time for you. We make every effort to be on time for our patients, and ask that you extend the same courtesy to us. If you cannot keep an appointment, please notify us immediately. If possible, please give us 24 hours notice. This courtesy on your part makes it possible for us to give your appointment to another patient.
Emergency Care
We reserve a limited amount of time each day so that emergency patients may be scheduled quickly. If you have a problem requiring emergency treatment, please call us as early in the day as possible.
Should you have an emergency after hours or on the weekends, please call the office to contact the staff member who is on call.
